Moitié Plein in French means "Half Full." I learned it has the same metaphorical meaning as does the phrase in English, and once deciding on this phrase, I went to work designing a logo for the cocktail party my roommate and I hosted out of our apartment. It was $20 entry, as much as you can drink (a deal for any Chicago cocktail bar worth its salt) and here is the process of the party's organization and design work.
This is the menu I designed for the party. The fonts used are fraunces bold and regular for paragraph, poiret one for subheader, and I personally designed the logotype from scratch.
